Friends

Over the span of my life friends have come and gone
as it all does. Life goes fleeting by and people come 
in and out of your life.
Some for good and others for worse and then there
are the ones you wish you never me.

I had this happen over and over like a revolving
wheel but great friends stick with you for life.

In the past few years ive gotten gifted a couple rigs
one being a mini van and the other an suv.
Personally i cant afford either but the suv will come
in handy as its very reliable and low miles.

Other more interesting was Donald...he was always 
a big fat guy but with great personality.
He had a hot rod as we called them back in the day.
With a loud muffler and wide tires and he had a Honda
250 motorcycle that we would get together and ride.

Being young and dumb as we all were when kids we would
be hanging out with in groups and were always hitting
the arcade and smoking cigs and getting beer.

Once out on my own I noticed that you can still do that
just as an adult guys would not want to stop the party
but as we grew older life has a funny way of letting you
know its time to get serious and make your own way thru
the maze of life we have all been sucked into.

I get together with a lady friend and we visit and smoke
weed proficiently.....Shes in her early 80's and is a real
cool cat..Seems we all get a bit lonely and having friends
to get together with and chat over lunch is a real good
thing...but as we all get older people just buy the farm
and my time is hopefully not coming soon.
